Chicken Spaghetti

Please excuse all of the weird spacing.  I was working with The Mrs. to get the link working properly and now I have so much space between the top of the post and the picture!  Who knows!!

The Mrs. is hosting a recipe blog hop!!  If you are like me, you are always looking for a new recipe.  I am going to share two of my go-to recipes!!  Unfortunately, I do not have any pictures.  Food doesn't last long in this house to get pictures!!  I hope you enjoy them!!

Chicken Spaghetti

1 Whole Chicken
2 cans of rotel
2 cans of cream of mushroom
Spaghetti Noodles
Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Boil chicken and spaghetti noodles.  After the chicken is boiled, then shred it and throw in a casserole dish with the cooked spaghetti noodles.  Mix in rotel and cream of mushroom.  After the first 4 ingredients have been mixed together, then top with shredded cheese.  Cover with aluminum foil.  Place in oven at 350 for about 30 minutes or until cheese is melted.

This recipe always tastes better the next day.  You can also use canned chicken.  Enjoy!!!

  1. I've never had chicken spaghetti with rotel in it before. Sounds good!

  2. That sounds just like my recipe, except I use Velveeta. (Rotel and Velveeta definitely an AR thing!) :)

  3. I;m not sure what rotel is but I'm printing this recipe out and trying it out! Do you just toss a whole chicken in a pot?Or do cut up a whole chicken to boil first? I think I might just use the can stuff cause im lazy like that : )

ps some people have mentioned a problem with the link not working right, its working on some and not on others {not working on yours : ( } Did you get the whole thing cut and pasted? I cant figure out what else it could be.

  4. Easy AND amazing. I never eat spaghetti because I hate tomatoes! This looks like a perfect compromise.
