Here are some pictures of what I scored yesterday! I was like a little kid in a candy shop. And then it was Christmas when I got home and discovered stuff that my teacher threw in my boxes for me! When people found out that I was student teaching, they were throwing stuff at me and telling me, "You have to have this, you will love it!"
I probably came home with over $600 of goodies. You cannot see all the wall decor and bulletin board goodies that I got!
Comprehension Books!
Word Cubes, Math Manipulatives, GeoBoards
Math Manipultatives, Teacher Resource Books, Readers, Phonics CD, Manipulative Clocks
All About Me newspapers, Pocket Folders, Letters and Sight Words for Word Walls
Readher's Theater, Comprehension Books, Alphabet Game, Math Flashcards, Tornado Tube,
Checkers in a Net Bag, Brand New Canvas Bag (I want to get it monogrammed.), and more

ReplyDeleteThat's awesome, teachers are so often under-appreciated.
ReplyDeleteBTW, I think we might have been at Lakenheath during some of the same years?! We were there from July 02-July 05.
Wow! Total score! That is amazing you got all that stuff for FREE! My Mom would be so jealous-she's a teacher!
ReplyDeleteThat is so wonderful! I am sure you will put it all to very good use.
